As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID and link from our courier partner, allowing you to follow your order in real-time from dispatch to delivery.

You can also track your order directly through our website. Simply go to the “Track My Order” section, enter your order number and registered email or phone number, and you’ll instantly see the current status of your shipment.

For local deliveries, we provide real-time delivery updates via text or call. For national and international orders, we partner with trusted courier services to ensure your textiles arrive safely and on time. Typical delivery times range from 2–5 business days for domestic orders and 7–10 business days for international shipments, depending on the destination.

Shipping Restrictions

At Thangam Textiles, we aim to deliver our textiles to as many locations as possible. However, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses, and certain remote and local import regulations. Some fabric types with special treatments may also be restricted in specific countries. For bulk or custom orders, additional shipping arrangements may be required.
